The Support Site includes sections such as

1. Getting Started: Provides essential onboarding resources.

2. FAQ: Addresses common enquiries.

3. User Manual: Detailed VeroCard Operational guidance.

4. Common Criteria: Information on CC to ensure Compliance and Security Standards.

This centralised support system is designed to enhance user proficiency and streamline the administrative process.

1. From the Home page, on the left navigational pane, go to Get Help option and click on it. The VeroGuard Support Site opens up.
