Report a Card

Reporting a card as lost or stolen is a critical step in protecting the organisation’s security, your financial security and personal information.

When a VeroCard is reported lost or stolen, the issuing organisation can take immediate measures to deactivate the card, preventing any further transactions.

Blocking is typically implemented to address security issues, prevent fraudulent activities, or enforce policy compliance. Depending on the situation and organisational guidelines, the block can be set as either temporary or permanent.

  1. From the Home page, click on Users to open the Users - Manage your Users page displaying the list of existing users.
    or
    In the Home page, go to the Users option from the left navigational pane and click on it. The Users -
    Manage your users from here page opens up displaying the list of existing users.

  1. Navigate to the User you wish to make necessary changes to and click Edit. The Users Account Management page opens displaying the list of Accounts VeroCard information.

  1. Navigate to the relevant VeroCard you wish to report lost or stolen and click Actions. From the Actions menu, go to the Report Card option and click on it.

  • If you have lost your card, choose Report card as Lost option.

  • If your card is stolen, choose Report card as Stolen option.
    Depending on what option you have selected, their respective window Report Card as Lost or Report card as Stolen opens.

  1. Click Confirm. The system displays a message confirming that the Card was updated successfully when the action is completed.
