On the login screen of your PC, confirm that you are online and the Keyek system is connected and ready. The system status line reads Ready to Login.

Turn on your Keyek Card. For more information refer to Turn-on your Keyek Card section in the document.

Click Change PIN on the login screen. Your Keyek Card will connect to the Keyek platform and will prompt you as follows:

Enter Current PIN: Enter your current PIN via the Keyek Card keypad and press ✓.

Enter New PIN: Enter your New PIN via the Keyek Card keypad and press ✓ (PIN Minimum Requirements).

Re-enter New PIN: Enter your New PIN again via the Keyek Card keypad to confirm and press ✓.
While the system is validating the PIN the Keyek Card will display the Please Wait message.
Upon successful validation the Keyek Card will briefly display PIN Changed message and then change to the ready state displaying the ready screen.

Timeout: If the process is not completed the card will time out and cancel the process with the PC.
PIN Warnings:

Incorrect PIN: If you have entered incorrect PIN, Keyek Card will throw an error message as Incorrect PIN.

Incorrect PIN: If you have entered the incorrect PIN 3 times when attempting to change your PIN, the Keyek Card will get blocked and you will not be able to log back in to your PC, using Keyek Card. Please contact your internal IT System Administrator to unblock your Keyek Card.

PIN Mismatch: If the New PIN entered is different to the re-entered password, Keyek Card displays the PIN mismatch please try again message.
Timeout: If the process is not completed the card will time out and cancel the process with the PC.
Incorrect PIN warning: If you enter an incorrect PIN 3 times when attempting to change your PIN the card will become blocked and will not be able to be used for logging into the PC.
